Established for almost a decade, Purposefully Blended has built up a strong reputation for developing Learning and Development professionals into exceptional facilitators of behaviour change and transforming leaders into compassionate coaches.

A Brief History
Purposefully Blended founder Lucy Philip founded the company in 2015, out of a profound sense of mission and possibility. A highly experienced leader, ICF-certified coach and mentor to Global Training Managers, Lucy has witnessed firsthand the unique challenges and pressures faced by those in Learning and Development (L&D) and First-Line Manager roles, including:
- A deep sense of isolation - common to those in multi-location, global companies with non-linear reporting lines
- The under-resourcing of L&D departments in general
- The impulse to respond reactively to the needs of the commercial organisation - often with very little insight or involvement in the strategic need identification or desired behaviour change
- The feeling of being caught between the global organisation need and local direction

She supports Purposefully Blended by ensuring the content for the marketing materials that drive our narratives are compelling and of high quality. Where client work requires creation of materials Lola ensures that they are of a high and consistent standard.
Lola also supports us with the creation and execution of our content strategy. This support includes researching industry-related topics, interviews with subject matter experts and professional studies to create content that drives our commercial areas of focus.
Lola has significant expertise in creating and editing content for global companies across industry sectors. These include eBay, Boehringer Ingelheim, Deloitte, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Gilead and Lifeline Scientific, Inc..
Michele is a Graphic Designer and Web Designer. She supports Purposefully Blended with design for print and digital assets, along with reports and other key business materials. She developed Purposefully Blended's brand guidelines and was responsible for design of the IMPACT™ model logo, behaviours wheel and bespoke illustrations.
Michele has created graphics and materials for a wide range of companies to date including Tesco, Sainsburys, Run Series, The Blue Island Guys, IGD, Our Friends in London, Vanstone Park and those in association with Purposefully Blended - Leo Pharma, Gilead, Edwards and Curia.
Michele also has expertise in web design and has created numerous company websites for branding, sales and marketing purposes.
