Engage is a powerful diagnostic tool that we use to measure mindset and psychological readiness for change. Based on 15 years of research that draws on cognitive behavioural psychology and advanced coaching psychology, Engage is designed to help coaches, managers and organisations remove barriers to change and unlock performance.


The clear data insights received guide the individual coaching focus and can also signpost organisations to key themes to accelerate performance. It is a state-based tool, which means it can be repeated to measure the impact of the L&D intervention.
